Shipping Policy

Customized Tailored Suits

Every customized suit is individually crafted according to your measurements and design preferences.

Processing Time

  • Tailoring begins after your order and measurements are confirmed.
  • Standard production time: 7–14 business days
  • Express tailoring (selected designs): Ready within 72 Hours

Shipping Time

  • Pakistan: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

Measurement Confirmation

Production will begin only after:

  • Measurements are received.
  • Design details are finalized.
  • Payment is confirmed (if applicable).

Unstitched Fabrics

Our premium unstitched fabrics are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time

  • Pakistan: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Nationwide Shipping on eligible orders.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • International shipping charges are calculated based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking number
  • Courier details

You can track your shipment until delivery.

Customized Orders

Because every tailored garment is made specifically for you:

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

Fabric Orders

Please inspect your fabric upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • Wrong fabric
  • Damaged parcel
  • Manufacturing defect

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any local government fees charged by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
